I have read that many times.. and its really no problem with your how to or anything..

i just cant seem to get the iwconfig command to install correctly..

if you have info on how to do that in that how to and i missed it then just tell me

iwconfig and the rest of the wireless-tools are an already-included part of the Mandrake 9.2 distribution that you have, in fact, they've been a "normal" part of Mandrake versions: 8.0, 8.1, 8.2, 9.0, 9.1 as well. Open the Mandrake Control Center from your "start" menu and follow things to the application that "helps you install software", then search "in names" for "wireless-tools", then, make sure to select the rpm that's returned as a result of that search, and then click the install button.
