LinuxQuestions.org - Nautilus Location Bar

I'm trying to get Nautilus to use the location bar by default instead of the little location boxes. I ran gconf-editor and enabled apps/nautilus/preferences/always_use_location_entry, but it sitll opens with the boxes by default. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I don't know what that means, but it seemed to work normally afterwards. Could this be the problem?
