I need the best backup solution

OK. This is my last month in the company I work, so I need to do something to be remembered. First I thought that changing all the root passwds would do a good job... :D

Anyway, I really need to find a backup solution for my RedHat 9 Fileserver. I use Samba 2.2.11 and I only need to backup the files on this server. Not the files of the users (rsync is no needed).

The data right now is about 60Gigs and will be top 120 in the next few months (3 or 4). What I need is a software that is remotely GUI managed (like webmin). I want to be able to take backups in a tape, a full for the first time, then incremential. I'd also like to get notified when a new tape is needed... Finally I was about to ask from it to make coffee... :D but I found this: http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/Coffee.html I tried AMANDA but is too difficult for the users after me...

Any suggestions?

I use tar command. It works fine. If you want other users to do it easy you could create bash script that will do the backup tasks.
