FC 4. Modify ALT+TAB behaviour to CTRL+TAB

Hello,

Is there a way to configure X, or Gnome to modify the shortcut keys to cycle trough the oppened windows?

usually it is done with the ALT+TAB combination, but I would like to do it with CTRL+TAB as I am working inside an EXCEEM terminal and pressing ALT+TAB just changes the window of the host OS.

Oh... and if it is possible, can it be done without root ? I have just a user account)

In Gnome, there should be something like System > Preferences > Keyboard Shortcuts.
