apache authenticate to Active Directory
 

Hello, I am looking to build an apache web server that will authenticate user logins to an Active Directory domain. From what I have found I can use mod_ldap, is this correct? Has anyone had success with this? Is there a better way to accomplish this? Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I got mod_ldap running correctly with Apache 2 when I was playing around. I used the info from http://www.apachefreaks.com/apache2/mod/mod_ldap.html to get things going. Didn't manage to get the secure ldap going though, but i think there was smoething else you had to have running to get it going.
