zimbra mail back up and restore
 

I need to backup zimbra mail which is already running,I have backuped the /opt/zimbra folder to backup(from website i saw),Now i am in argent mode to restore this .how to restore this ,i have not used zmbackup command to backup i totally copied /opt/zimbra folder. please replay me i am in argent mode,tell me the nessesory steps to restore from the copied /opt/zimbra,Thanks expecting for replay.
