Zimbra as main LDAP server
 

Hi,

Anyone have any experiences / views on using Zimbra's openldap services for a main LDAP service within business? there's modification docs on the zimbra wiki to tweak it so all user modifications can be done within zimbra, which is real appealling, but is also officially deviating from zimbra's recommendations, and upgrades to Zimbra may overwrite those changes...

seems like a risk, but a risk with a big benefit...
