Exim4 virtual Users not unix or linux users
Hello guys,
Sorry for bothering you. I'm trying to save emails am receiving on different virtual users on my VPS to different mail files. Currently, all emails am receiving on my domain like: b@domain.com or a@domain.com, all of them go to /var/mail/domain. But what I'm trying to achieve is to redirect or just save each alias or user to a different file just like to /var/mail/a for a@domain.com and /var/mail/b for b@domain.com. Thanks for your help. |
Something that feels like a gzillion years ago we did things with 1. virtual users 2. the aliases file, and 3. the .forward file. Natch, we were using sendmail at the time, but I do believe exim can use the same or similar features.

I was web-researching this yesterday, and all I found was: one person who said it was not possible. I didn't post that, because: it was basically useless and would have knocked the thread off of the zrt.
My next thought was to: modify the source code  |
