No internet connection
 
Im connected to the internet and it shows I have a connection but the browser doesn't connect to a server

And I can't attatch anything because I have to pull this hard drive and use the other one linux mint is on to get it operational

Hi and welcome to LQ.

Your post is a bit vague. Could you provide more details?

For starters, which distro are you using?
How are you connected to the internet (wired/wireless)?
Are you connected through a router?
What does /sbin/ifconfig say? Please post the output.
