linspire live, suse live

ok, The cds have arrived... and I want to run the linspire live cd..(its in my drive now) but like... what do I have to do to make it run from the cd (from my understanding you dont have to install anything) anyways anyone want to guide a total linux newb to tell me what to do?...

Heres what I see in the cd, theres a BOOT folder, with a grub folder inside, a LIVE folder, a MODULES folder, then theres some files.... 'MD5SUMS', 'DOUBLE_C', 'LINSPIRE', 'BOOT' (which has a 3 piece of paper icon with a yellow band around them..), a BUILDER text file (I dont understand what written in it though..), a LIVE_IMG zip file, and a ROOT zip file.

This is probably a really stupid question to most of you, but im really not that smart. If I had to guess I'd guess open the LIVE_IMG file... but that would mean putting something on my hard drive I think.. so its not live? anyways yea, thanks for any help lol. :newbie:

Well, reboot the computer and make sure the CD is in the drive when you reboot.

If that doesn't work, you probably have to configure the BIOS to first try booting from the CD-ROM drive (if it doesn't find something there, it'll boot from the hard drive). To configure the BIOS, you usually press F2, F8, Delete, or Esc while your computer is booting up (depends on your computer).
