FSTAB entry
 
Hi all,

While mounting filesystem what option would we need to give so that it makes automatically entry of newly mounted file system in fstab .

I think you are wanting the 'auto' option so the partition is automatically mounted whent he system boots.

I don't really understand that question. fstab entries are mounted automatically (by default) if you won't specify explicitly noauto.

I believe the OP thinks there is a command you can run to automagically generate and install the FSTAB entry. For all I know, the could be but I have not run into one.
