Spell out your words. And have you tried to look this up? Amazingly, Red Hat's website has complete documentation on it:

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. Here i cant figure it out my exact solution. I just need the right path to solve my problem. I have configured the entire Directory server, but i cant figure it out the necessary LDAP Attributes.

My Requirements:

1.I wish to do authenticate a Red Hat Directory User in my Windows machine or any Linux machine.
2.Perform wrong password Tries to make my account locked.
3.Using java application access the Directory Server open the locked out user account and change the necessary LDAP Attribute to make the account unlocked.

Please any one who knowing the way to achieve this requirement plz guide me the necessary steps to do.

Thanks in advance :)

Again, you need to spell out your words. And this is a very different set of questions from what you posted initially. However, the solution is found on the very same website:
https://access.redhat.com/knowledge/...ectory_Server/

Installation guides, setup guides, schema reference guides...pretty much everything, straight from Red Hat. So if you have already configured the entire server, you should have step one already working. Step two was given to you in my first reply. Step three is up to you to write and test...but since you were already given how to lock/unlock accounts via command-line, that should be easy.
