Burning an ISO with XROast or GNU Toast(Beta ver.)

I have an ISO file of Peanut Linux, for two old computers of mine. However, i am not sure how I correctly burn the ISO on the disk. i have Windows XP on one of my computers, but not any Windows software to burn ISOS, so please don't say get Nero. I have XRoast and the GNU Toast Beta to burn. XRoast is slow on my computer, and GNU Toast wouldn't work. I can also work from the terminal. My question is, "How do I burn an ISO image correctly to a disk in Linux? Do I need more software?"

Go with xcdroast http://xcdroast.sourceforge.net/RPMS/a15/ -- J.W.

Ok. I got XCDRoast, an it worked. Now I try and get my laptop to not freeze up during the installation. And, if I tug on the power adapter, I get to start all over!
