Managing Android phone via desktop
 

As far as I remember Google Play not only allowed to install apps on Android phone, but also remove them, but that feature disappeared shortly, since I've multiple Android devices like many of other users, I wonder if there's way to set up my devices such as wifi setting, display and sound...etc. easy and fast via desktop, instead of to use the tiny screen on device, does such thing exist ?

I don't know that it will meet all your needs, but you might want to take a look at AirDroid. I've used it for years, primarily for file transfers, but it does other stuff too.

You do not need an AirDroid account just to use it locally.
