Determining if Android is carrier locked by mobile networks

My Android show four entries from a network search:

Code:

Home(Available)

Extended(Available)

FirstNet(Available)

Roam(Forbidden)

What do these entries mean? Is this a carrier locked device? It does not have service.

Since no one replied, my guess is that it is locked to firstnet.

How did you get the phone? (It seems to be for 'first responders' only!)

What will you do if you cannot use it?

I'm not sure what you are asking?

Are you asking whether a remote network and lock your phone into a connection with it and not allow you the change to another connection?

Sounds likely.

I bought it. It's a Tracfone I intended for e-mail validation, only active a month. Now I use it for VOIP & to sync with my smartwatch.

My real service Android has a dying battery & not enough ram for browsing (1 GB).

As intended? Buy another phone or do without.
