Installing custom serial ISA board

With a REDHAT 7.2 distribution, I am trying to install a custom ISA 8 serial ports board using 2 UARTs 16554 on one shared IRQ 10.
I am unable to make it work. Does somebody have an idea how I need to proceed ?

Note : I have additional hardware, one register mapped in I/O, where I can determine which of the 8 interrupts has raised.

I'd think since this is ISA territory, "isapnp" tools shoudl do the trick, "man isapnp" for more.
