Repartioning a Drive From MDK 10.1 to Install Mepis
 

I have my home partion set to 11.1GB's, i would like to shave off 6 Gigs so I can install Mepis, How would I go about doing this? I tried doing it within Both MDK and Mepis using qtparted, but it will not start in MDK after installing it with urpmi and it wanted to delete the drive in Mepis.
I don't dare use Partiton Magic.
