Is the following cyclitest test result normal? How can it be considered within a reasonable range

You're getting no replies because nobody is familiar with your tools or the options on them.

There are plenty of people here able to answer your question, but you also are leaving out basic information, e.g. cpu frequency, load average, priority. Is this test just added to the workload, or fed by a priority interrupt, etc.

I ran one low power project with a cpu frequency of 32.768 KHz, which served my purposes (mainly low power consumption). What results do you need?

Also, you clearly seem to know what you're doing, but with only seven posts, I gather you're only posting questions. People would try harder for you if you didn't come across as a 'help vampire,' and helped some others less knowledgeable than yourself.
