I s there a linux that most easily is portable toward OS X applications, etc?

I don't know what you mean by "portable toward OS X applications". Are you asking if Linux will run applications written for OS-X? If so, then Linux will not natively run apps written for any other system (except maybe some Unix). But there are environments that will will run Windows apps (eg Crossover). I know of nothing for Mac apps on Linux.

yeah thanks, I wanted to see if I could run iphone dev software on SUSE distro and was looking for information on this.
