I am from Trivandrum and I want to pursue RHCE. Kindly advise me the best institutes and the course duration and the fees they charge.

Why not go to the Red Hat site and look at the RHCE information?

Google and Red Hat can point you to training centers, and you can ask them. The better question is WHY you want a certification?? If you don't have the Linux experience/knowledge, getting a 'certification' is pointless...you won't have the experience needed to back things up in the real world. Learn what you're doing first, then get certified.

An actual certification is generally based on a world wide standard. Those courses need to be proctored by some testing company usually.

You can get trained in a number of ways. You can self study the course material. You can sometimes go to local schools either commercial or public. You can do online training. You might be able to use Red Hat's own training to learn. They have what is called also a boot camp type where you may cram for an exam. It is a risky solution but good for those quick learning and in need of getting back on the job fast.
