Unable to emerge alsa-mixer

Unable to emerge dev-haskell/alsa-mixer. Have tried various use flags, global and atom specific.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Update

To update my issue, it seems that I was under the impression the dev-haskell/alsa-mixer was the same as the alsamixer binary included in the alsautils package.

I was able to install the media-sound/alsa-utils package instead.
