If you plan to use Base application you must enable either firebird or java
Trying to install libre/office i got this message:
Code:
* If you plan to use Base application you must enable either firebird or java. I am no expert but I have been using Linux for over 10 years. Still I have never met the expression "base application" and have no idea what it means. Can anyone help me with the language here? English is not my native language. I have googled and searched forums but no luck. I must ask because I am unable to decide whether I want to "use Base application". |
It's not "a base application", it's LibreOffice Base (the LibreOffice counterpart of Microsoft Access).
