How to run NetworkManager at startup

Greetings folks,

My wireless won't connect unless I run NetworkManager. Rather than launching it manually, how do I luanch it at startup? I have searched but am not coming up with anything.

Thanks,

Most desktop environments/window managers have some dialog or configuration file which you can use to designate startup applications. In DEs, it's usually found somewhere in the settings.

What DE/WM are you using?

If Gentoo uses SystemD, you may also be able to configure startup applications in SystemD.

Gentoo isn't using SystemD. I'm using gnome.

Found it! rc-update add NetworkManager default
