Hi,
back to school now. We say " ..the problem doesn't lie in..."; right or wrong? Is this a correct phrase?

its English, if it sounds strange to someone, just say your from new York, or Texas, or somewhere else in the US.

and i think its normal. Its quite true problems never lie, only the people who find them do.
