Yum Extender question
 
Hi folks,

FedoraCore3

I have "yumex" (Yum Extender - Yum GUI) installed on this box

$ rpm -qa | grep yumex
yumex-0.34-1.tla.1.FC3

Sometimes it worked and another time it did not.

It only started but haning on "loading Yum Metadata" and finally closed automatically.

Any advice???

well it's simple if you have closed it before that it usually remains active u should chech with gnome system monitor or "ps -ef"
but another thing is make it to do not auto update at launch because if it doesn't like some repo for example it may not show that and just quit... also if u run it from console you should see any feedback you can post here.. also lots of threads about yumex man just use th search in this site

Edit -> Preference -> uncheck <Auto fresh at start>

why are posting 3 pages on 1280x1024 view your whole ps twice? - I said usually which actually means sometimes
and finally what happened after the repo check?
