X configuration problem - OR - Where did the configuration tool go???
I used "apt-get install x-window-system" and it worked great and started a x-server-common configuration util after it installed the package. Well, I picked the wrong video settings and I want to use the same util to try again, but I can't find it and there was no mention of where it was stored. Does anyone know where the executable or script that does the config after apt-get is?

Somewhere you have a utility called XF86config, xfree86config, or xfree86cfg (it goes by many names). Or you could edit XF86Config by hand.

No, configure it with dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xfree86

thanks!
