Using apt, the package manager here, Arch

How can one use or run apt, the Debian family package manager, on here Arch just to get help/options messages and all information text alike else

if it's going to get solved then how such too for other Linux package man., eg dnf, yum, portage, etc ?

Arch's default package manager is pacman.

Packages designed to work with Debian and Debian-based distros are unlikely to work and play well with Arch. The adds that you will damage an Arch system by trying to use apt (or yum or dnf) on it are well beyond significant.

If you wish to use apt, your best bet is to move to a distro that defaults to apt.
