How come the wine installed is wine-staging-i386
 
How come the wine installed is wine-staging-i386 not wine-staging-amd64

How to replace wine-staging-i386 with wine-staging-amd64

You have both installed, as you should. I believe 32-bit is necessary for 32-bit windows applications.
