NEWS 240607 ABOUT ExTiX with Deepin 23 RC (released 240515)
I’ve released a new version of ExTiX Deepin today (240607). The previous ExTiX Deepin version with Deepin 23 BETA 3 is from 240209. This ExTiX Build is based on Deepin 23 RC (latest version) released by Deepin Technology on May 15, 2024. The developers urge people to try Deepin RC in a non-production environment! I must say, though, that I haven’t discovered any “bugs”. And the installed programs won’t “crash” or anything like that....

For making programs for Linux, install some language or framework and work in that. .deb and .rpm files are archives. To make one you need an independent working program or script in a framework. There is no programming framework for .rpm or .deb except those installed on system which is either not existent if you chose a language that does not come installed and did not install it, or like you can make C and Python things by compiling using built in tools. I finally had to see a specialist and it was recommended to have a right knee medial replacement which is a partial knee work. I had this done on May 6, 2024 and have been going through recovery. My PT session are going good. I do my PT early along with my elliptical workout. Then I do my walk sessions in our clubhouse since it's very hot right now in central Florida.
